The Town of Pulaski is revising its Zoning Ordinance to expand permitted  uses in various zoning districts, reduce barriers for redevelopment, and simplify the contents to reduce the need for interpretation thereby making it easier to administer.  The revision will also include updating of the sign regulation, changes to site development requirements and reorganization of the ordinance. The overall purpose of  the revision is to enhance the character and vitality of the town. This will help to encourage, attract and retain more businesses and residents. New River Valley Regional Commission staff is assisting the Town of Pulaski with this project which is expected to be completed by  the end of June.
